User Agreement

Welcome to Hupii. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Hupii application and its services. By accessing or using Hupii, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hupii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hupii. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Use of the Service

Hupii allows users to interact with AI characters, each with unique stories, personalities, and perspectives.

• You may freely chat with any available AI character.

• You may input your mood, interests, or questions to receive a character match based on multiple criteria.

• The AI responses are generated for entertainment and conversation purposes. They do not constitute professional advice.

You are responsible for your use of the app and for any content you submit. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes

• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the AI systems

• Upload harmful, misleading, or unlawful content

4. Virtual Coins and In-App Content

Hupii may use a virtual coin system to access or unlock certain features. Coins may be:

• Given to new users for free as a trial

• Spent when sending messages to AI characters

Virtual coins do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in inappropriate behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI character designs, dialogues, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hupii and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any part of the app’s content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Hupii is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI responses, or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hupii and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Your continued use of Hupii after changes indicates your acceptance.
